  • Prepare functional area technical business cases (e.g. supply chain, finance, acquisition, program management, workforce, and procurement) to support integrated Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system operations (e.g. procedures, databases, software and hardware).
  • Use System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) method to incorporate systems application and product (SAP) components.
  • Assess ERP software design to increase information technology (IT) system effectiveness (e.g. reduces maintenance costs, increased system performance, and streamlined software coding).
  • Assess ERP system technical performance to ensure applications availability.
  • Ensure Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system technical parameters (e.g. scope and objectives) align with SAP architecture."
  • Manage Information Technology (IT) technical investment portfolio to meet audit compliance.
  • Oversee ERP business application configuration to ensure Architectural Framework is in compliance with operational requirements.
  • Apply information security techniques (e.g. information assurance polices, principles, and practices) to support the ERP system Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process.
  • Use Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) techniques to plan system implementation efforts (e.g. objectives, deliverables, schedules and resources).
  • Perform requirement analysis (e.g. customer and system) to define improved business process solutions.
  • Conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BRP) to streamline Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system processes (e.g. software code development, enhancement configuration, and interface and data conversions).
  • Integrate plans, strategies and processes to support optimal ERP operations.
  • Implement a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to improve ERP solution interoperability.
  • Use Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach to maximize reuse of software components.
  • Conduct studies to ensure Information Technology (IT) system configuration is in compliance with SOA principles.
  • Integrate SOA plans (e.g. requirements, strategies and processes) to optimize ERP operation.
  • Consult with key personnel (e.g. customers and stakeholders) to identify future requirements such as solution roll-out strategies, risk assessments, and value engineering assessments.
  • Mentor team members in SAP methodology to improve technical and functional code enhancements.
  • Use available resources (e.g. leadership skills, mentoring, and training) to build an effective technical support team.
  • Lead technical forums to ensure continuous ERP integration efforts.
