Organize and maintain a flexible yet effective administrative workload schedule for the clinic , determining daily and weekly priorities .
Receive , screen , suspense and prioritize all incoming correspondence taking action on all work that does not require attention of other staff .
As a fund control point administrator execute identified requirements , certify services received and stay within budgetary limits as the fund control point administrator .
Design , organize and maintain data bases and filing systems .
Responsible for timely submission of regularly scheduled reports , assisting in their preparation when appropriate , following and tracking reports .
Easily interface with a broad range of individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds .
Process and track documents , requests , actions , forms and reports to assure timely response and compliance .
